We don’t have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.
Brené Brown, Ph.D.
You may have found that due to recent life circumstances you are feeling stressed, anxious, lonely, overwhelmed, or even ashamed. These are natural, human emotions, which can arise for a host of reasons including life transitions, fertility challenges, reproductive loss, adjusting to postpartum and parenthood, work-related stress, starting college, or relationship issues. It can feel isolating and you deserve to be seen and understood. The good news is you don’t have to go through it alone, and you were never meant to.
Each person pursues therapy for their own reasons, and whether this is your first time, or you've experienced the benefit of counseling in the past, you may still have questions about the process or my personal approach.
